Sunrise Real Estate pre-lets entire Swedish logistics facility to Gandalf Data
Sunrise Real Estate (“Sunrise”), the pan-European investor, developer and asset manager of high-quality logistics assets, has pre-let its entire 14,000 sqm Swedish logistics facility at Gothenburg Airport to distributor of IT-related hardware and software, Gandalf Data.
The facility is strategically located in Björröd, next to Gothenburg airport, and boasts direct connections to central Gothenburg and the Port of Gothenburg – Sweden’s main transport and logistics hub. Originally purchased as a brownfield site, Sunrise demolished various obsolete buildings to construct the high-quality, sustainability focused logistics facility, which is targeting BREEAM Excellent. The building utilises ground source heat pumps to provide heating to the building.
Upon completion in Q1 2025, Gandalf Data will occupy the development in its entirety.
