We are open and honest in how we report, including being transparent on areas in which we are striving to be better.
OUR COMMITMENTS
The commitments we make are at the heart of our investment philosophy. We don’t just consider them a moral obligation, we consider them as one of the key pillars of delivering value to our stakeholders.
100% of new developments to achieve BREAM Very Good or above and an EPC A rating.
Each one of our employees will participate in volunteering activites at least one day per quarter to help the communities in which we operate.
We will release an honest and transparent Annual ESG report outlining our activities in a timely manner, every year.
